下马看花的意思

下马看花xià mă kàn huā

• 比喻干部、知识分子等较长时间地深入工厂、农村调查研究。

  英get off one’s horse to look at the flowers —go deep into the realities of life and make thorough investigations;

• 亦作“下马观花”。比喻停留下来深入实际认真调查研究。
